Trainee, Changing Education Master's Programme

Would you be interested in learning about the CE programme from the management perspective? Would you like to assist in different administrative tasks and impact the programme through your work? 

 

 

We are now looking for a
TRAINEE

for the Changing Education (CE) Master's Programme for Spring 2026.

 

Your tasks as a trainee will include for example: communication with the university staff and students, collaborating with the organization of the CE Steering group, managing the CE social media accounts, teaching assistant duties such as assisting in the organization of lectures or with hybrid teaching, producing and updating different types of content (e.g. Moodle, Teams, social media), organising and preparing materials for EduCafé and other events.

 

We expect you to have excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to take initiative and to work individually as well as collaboratively with the programme teams. If you have special digital skills, let us know about it! 

 

We offer opportunities to develop and strengthen your skills in an international master’s programme as a member of an enthusiastic team. During this traineeship, you will be closely working with the management team members such as the programme director, education coordinator and the steering group.

The duration of the traineeship is from 15 January to 31 May 2026 of part-time (55%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €825 per month for part-time (55%) work.
