TRAINEE for the Master's Programme in Technologies for Sustainable Use of Renewable Resources

The University of Helsinki Trainee Programme for International Master Students is open to all international students enrolled in a University of Helsinki master’s programme.

 

We are now looking for a TRAINEE for the Master’s Programme in Technologies for Sustainable Use of Renewable Resources at the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry. Learn more about the master’s programme on the website via the link.

 

About the position

 

Your main tasks as a trainee are to support student communications and activities. You will play an important role in organising group-building activities for the first students of the new and multidisciplinary master’s programme at the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry. In addition, you will provide support for the programme’s student marketing and communications efforts.

 

Your responsibilities include, for example, managing social media content and communication channels, as well as planning website news content related to student stories and courses. We appreciate your interest in supporting international students as they settle into their studies and your willingness to assist with student guidance. It is an advantage if you understand the challenges and opportunities that new students face when starting their studies at the university.

 

The person we are looking for

 

We expect you to have strong organisational skills for event planning and excellent communication and content creation skills in English. We also value proactive attitude, team spirit, and good problem-solving skills.
