TRAINEE for the Changing Education Programme

The University of Helsinki Trainee Programme for International Master Students is open to all international students enrolled in a University of Helsinki master’s programme.


We are now looking for a TRAINEE for the Changing Education Master Programme.

 

Your tasks as a trainee will include for example: development of coordinated feedback mechanisms, collaborate with the organization of the Steering group, teaching assistant duties such as assisting in the organization of lectures or with hybrid teaching, production of different types of content (for example preparing different materials for events or support with the moodle page) and assist with the tutoring process and trainings.


We expect you to have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to take initiative and to work collaboratively with the programme teams. Enthusiasm to improve practice at programme level is your main motivator. If you have special digital skills, let us know about it!

 

We offer opportunities to improve coordination and quality of the programme as a member of an enthusiastic team. During this traineeship, you will be closely working with the management team members such as the programme director, education coordinator, steering group.

 

The duration of the traineeship is from 1 September to 31 December 2025 (four months) of part-time (55%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €825 per month for a part-time (55%) trainee.
