TRAINEE for the Aleksanteri Institute
The University of Helsinki Trainee Programme for International Master Students is open to all international students enrolled in a University of Helsinki master’s programme.
We are now looking for a TRAINEE for the Aleksanteri Institute.
Your main tasks as a trainee are assisting in organizing events for the staff and students and update Department's social media to promote teaching and research conducted at the Department. The trainee may also assist in research projects and teaching or curriculum planning according to their competencies.
We expect you to have:
• an excellent command of English
• good organizational skills
• excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools
• good presentation and teamwork skills
We offer you an international, multidisciplinary working environment and interesting tasks.
The duration of the traineeship is from 1 September to 31 December 2026 (four months) of part-time (55%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €825 per month for a part-time (55%) trainee.
