General Administration trainee
The University of Helsinki International trainee programme is open to all international students enrolled in a University of Helsinki master’s programme.
We are looking for a trainee to join the Faculty of Medicine’s General Administration team.
As a trainee, you will support work related to various agreements and compliance tasks. In addition, the position includes preparatory work connected to the European Health Data Space. As part of our team, you will also collaborate closely with the University’s lawyers.
We hope that the trainee is in the final stages of their studies and able to contribute expertise in law or administration. Depending on your work experience and academic background, other fields may also be suitable.
The duration of the traineeship is from 1 September to 31 December 2026 (four months) of part-time (55%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €825 per month for a part-time (55%) trainee.
