CRM Product Owner (Salesforce) 
 

We are looking for a skilled and motivated CRM specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our CRM system, as well as supporting the current system users and helping to expand its use to new user groups. 
 

As a CRM Specialist your duties will include: 

 • Acting as the product owner and key admin of Salesforce CRM. 
• Creating and managing the CRM development roadmap. 
• Developing business processes within the system and implementing technical enhancements.  

• Serving as the counterpart for the technical development partner. 
• Building and maintaining reports and dashboards. 
• Promoting system adoption and training users. 
 

What we expect from you: 

• Experience in using and developing Salesforce CRM, marketing automation skills are a bonus. 
• Technical expertise and competence for small-scale development  
• Interest in analysing and developing business processes. 

• Project management skills and the ability to operate with various stakeholders.  

• Good training and mentoring skills. 
• Fluent written and spoken English - knowledge of Finnish is definitely an advantage.

Your salary will be between 4 200 € and 4 700 €, depending on previous work experience.
